Class Rules in effect in addition to the following permissible changes:
All cushions and backboards with the exception of the port settee may be removed.
Secondary life-lines may be used.
The use of any tagged spinnaker at anytime is permitted.
Use of any tagged mainsail at any time. No light air mains allowed.
Use of any tagged headsail at any time with the following exceptions:
